At Skye Scents, we believe healing doesn’t just come in a jar — it’s in how we care for ourselves moment to moment. For those of us living with chronic pain, fatigue, or mobility challenges, traditional workouts can feel impossible or even harmful.
That’s why I created this space: to share gentle, floor-free movement routines that honor the body you’re in right now.
These stretches and practices have been carefully chosen because they work for me — someone managing long-term hip, and back pain, chronic conditions, and a very real need to move with compassion. If you’ve struggled to find routines that don’t make things worse, you’re not alone.
This is a space for relief, not rigidity.

You can practice this yoga sequence with or without a yoga mat. This yoga routine is great for morning or midday practice, all poses are done standing so it's great for strengthening the lower body and improving balance.
This beginner-friendly routine focuses on breath-led movements and calming transitions. It's designed to improve flexibility and balance without requiring floor work.
This gentle Qigong session aims to energize your body and calm your mind. It's suitable for beginners and can be practiced standing, making it accessible and effective.
